Beginners

If you are a newcomer to Pilates, you will need to complete one of our 4- week Basic Principles Courses. These classes consist of small groups of novices, which allows individual attention to be given. The key elements are covered, including alignment, which is essential to obtain maximum benefit from this bio-mechanical form of exercise.

The course costs £40 for four one-hour sessions and they are held regularly. To register your interest, please contact us by email or phone with your full name and address, plus a contact telephone number. We can then place you on our list to advise you of the next scheduled course.

After you have completed this course, you will be able to join one of our mainstream classes that have a vacancy. NB. For these sessions it is important that you can access the floor safely and without difficulty. If you are unsure, please contact us to discuss your requirements further.
