Just a reminder that this is the last week before our two week Christmas break.

We close on Friday 20th December 2019 and reopen on Monday 6th January 2020.

Beginners

If you are a newcomer to Pilates, you will need to complete one of our 4 week Basic Principles Courses consisting of small groups of novices allowing for individual attention to be given

Specialist

As soft tissue Therapists and Pilates practitioners, we are qualified to treat mechanical pain, including lower back and we also work with various medical conditions

Mobility

Some clients are unable to access any of our mainstream classes, due to various medical conditions and or joint factors. As specialists in this area we endeavour to be inclusive to all

Small Groups

As a bespoke studio we are able to offer clients various options including the creation of their own class with friends or family. Just choose a time and day that suits you

1 2 1 Sessions

We are able to offer clients with time and availability restraints, tailor-made Pilates solutions, the benefits of which can help strengthen both the body and mind
